CATAMARAN
CHARTERS: GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT
|
Every
charter contract is using the standard document jointly
issued by the Ministry of Merchant Marine and the National
Tourism Organisation of Greece. Greek law requires that,
apart from the skipper, at least one more crew member
has had some sailing experience.
Each boat is new and thoroughly equipped: radar, autopilot,
chart plotter, dsc VHF, GPS, compass, depth sounder,
binoculars, life jackets and harnesses, liferaft, power
dinghy, electric winches, watermaker, 220v AC inverter,
built-in PC with gprs internet connection. Safety equipment
complies with Hellenic merchant marine regulations.
Bed linen & towels, crockery, galley equipment and cooking
fuel are, of course, included. All our catamarans are
insured. |

As soon as you reserve, we shall confirm your yacht's
availability within 24hrs.
You will then receive the charter agreement which you
should sign and return within 10 days. |

PAYMENT:If
booking earlier than a month before the charter: 50%
at booking and the balance one month before the charter.
If booking less than a month before the charter: payment
in full.
Payments may be carried out on-line or by "swift" bank
transfer. Your booking will be confirmed by e-mail and
your payment(s) by invoices through regular mail. In
case where you cancel 45 days prior departure, we refund
50% of your down payment. |

| TRANSFERS:
By informing us of your arrival and departure dates
& times, we will be able to advise you of the most adequate
means of boarding our yachts on time. Costs of transfer
are at the charterer' s expense. Boarding takes place
at 17:00 hrs and disembarkation at 09:00 hrs (unless
otherwise specified). |

| Our
new yachts are outfitted with state of the art equipment,
maintained at the best of our ability. However, apart
from safety gear, sails or main engines, none of the
equipment is considered essential and a temporary failure
does not warrant a refund. |
