The
Greek islands offer the best cuisine possible. All ingredients
are fresh from the sea, or farm. The variations in cooking
means that you will never really taste the same dish twice
in 2 days. They call it "Spitiko fayitou" or
house food, which means cooked by the mother.
Our
trip will take us to the islands of Kea, Kithonos, Siros,
Paros, Serifos and back to athens. We will visit
"Katrina's" famous fish taverna in Kea, Yanni
and his beach taverna in Kithonos, the Queen of the perfect
Mousaka in Siros. 'Kiki'.
Yes
and you can eat Turkish food in Paros and sample the best
'Caesar' salad at Alex's Beach Bar and Restaurant.
In
Serifos we will find some of the best oven cooked dishes
not regularly found in other islands. One of the reasons
for this is the expert pottery that they make on this
Island.
We
will sail alot and cover some miles but then so much the
better in the evenings, when you dine at these excellent
restaurants.
