Small station in the bar lounge, 30 minutes before breakfast, to include coffee/tea, orange juice and a tray with breakfast pastries.

(2) Regular Breakfast Buffet

Fruit Juices 2 choices alternating daily, orange standard + either grapefruit, pineapple, apple, etc

Fruit Compote: 1 choice alternating daily

Fresh Fruit sliced fruit alternating daily, melon wedges, fresh fruit salad, mixed citrus, grapefruit halves, bananas, etc

Dried Fruit Alternating daily

Jams, etc marmalade+ honey every day, plus one more choice like strawberry, cherry, orange, apricot - fruit preserve

Nuts & Seeds 1 choice alternating daily, walnuts, almonds, etc

Cereals Corn flakes, bran flakes, rice crispies alternating daily and standard every day, a muesli or granola cereal

1 special salad to change every day (Maccaroni Salad or Potato Salad or Seafood Salad a.o)

A. Greek assortment (mezedakia) and Pasta or rice, fish or seafood item
B. Meat or poultry item
C. Vegetarian Item (to also serve as a side dish)

*Condiments available in portions and any prepared sauces or gravies to be served in sauce boats
* One Greek genuine cuisine item to be clearly marked at every lunch, either A, B or C
