Dear
SeaDream Staff,
This was my third voyage with SeaDream and I am compelled
to write to congratulate all of you who work in the SeaDream
Team.
The recent award by Condé Nast is absolutely deserved.
As a passenger we of course only see the 'front line' members
of the team, but to give the top level customer service there
must also be some fantastic support behind the scenes too.
There really is not one word to say to suggest improvement
- SD is 'simply the best'!
It almost seems unfair to select out a few names, but
I do feel it is worth mentioning George (top of the yacht),
Jeanette (our room stewardess), Arnold (restaurant and poolside);
all of these gave the very best service. Always smiling and
willing to provide that very special SD service.
There is only one disappointment - disembarkation day
and leaving the surroundings and staff of SeaDream!!! Well
until the next time............
So my thanks to all the staff of SeaDream for making this
(and past) voyages the very best of vacations I have taken.
