If you're concerned about not having the local knowledge to sail in an area, but are confident that you can handle the boat yourself, then sailing in a flotilla is probably the solution for you. There will be a lead boat with a skipper who is experienced in sailing the region and will never be further than a VHF call away if needed. Daily sail itinerary will be discussed so there won't be any unexpected surprises...
